Pulse Pop

Pulse Pop ("the App") is developed and operated by GuDevApps ("we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights. By downloading or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Anonymous Session Identifier
The App assigns a randomly generated anonymous ID to your session via Firebase Anonymous Authentication. This ID does not contain your name, email, or any personally identifiable information.

Game Progress & Statistics
Scores, levels, streaks, coins, achievements, and game history are stored in Firebase Firestore to persist your progress. This data is linked only to your anonymous ID.

Usage Analytics
We use Firebase Analytics to collect aggregated, anonymised event data (e.g. game started, mode selected). This data cannot be used to identify you personally.

Advertising Data
The App displays ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob operates independently and may collect device identifiers (such as the Advertising ID), IP address, and interaction data under its own privacy policy. We do not control, access, or store the data collected by AdMob.

• Name, email address, phone number, or any contact details
• Precise or approximate location data
• Camera, microphone, or contacts
• Payment or financial information
• Health or biometric data
• Browsing history outside the App

• To save and restore your game progress across sessions
• To maintain leaderboards and in-game rankings
• To display advertisements and support free access to the App
• To analyse aggregate usage trends and improve the App

We do not sell, rent, share, or trade your data with any third party for their own marketing purposes.

The App integrates third-party services that operate under their own independent privacy policies. We are not responsible for the data practices of these services. Please review their policies directly:

• Firebase (Google) — Authentication, Firestore, Analytics
• Google AdMob — Advertising and consent management

Any data breach, misuse, or privacy violation arising from these third-party platforms is solely their responsibility. We shall not be liable for any such incidents beyond our direct control.

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the UK, or Switzerland, we request your consent before displaying personalised ads, in compliance with GDPR and the IAB TCF framework.

To manage or withdraw your ad consent at any time:
Open the App → Settings → Manage Ad Preferences.

Withdrawing consent means ads may still be shown but will not be personalised. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

You may also opt out of personalised advertising at the device level via your device's advertising settings (Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads → Delete advertising ID).

Your anonymous game data is retained for as long as your session remains active. We do not guarantee indefinite retention of game progress data; data may be deleted after prolonged inactivity at our discretion.

To request deletion of all data associated with your account, contact us at the address below. We will process deletion requests within 30 days. Note that once deleted, game progress cannot be recovered.

We implement reasonable technical measures to protect information stored through Firebase services. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security and shall not be liable for unauthorised access, loss, or alteration of data beyond our reasonable control.

The App is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA). If you believe a child has provided personal data through the App, contact us immediately and we will delete it promptly. We are not liable for any misrepresentation of age by a user.

This Privacy Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the developer's country of residence.

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
